Starting April 1st, 2023 a new Beaver Creek welcome committee will be setting appointments, and welcoming new residents to Beaver Creek. If you are wanting information for yourself because you just never got the run down of everything, you too can schedule an appointment with the welcome committee!
The welcome committee is charged with sitting down with, and getting new residents in the neighborhood setup with the following.
- BCLO Landowner Card
- Water Packet and navigation through the water application
- Any and all ACC requirements
- copies of all deed restrictions, covenants, etc
- Setting up new residents with mailbox requests
- Walking through and guiding new residents how to get a 911 address assigned
This committee is hopefully going to help bring less confusion, and more comprehensive understanding of how BCLO operates, and how residents can navigate the website and stay in compliance with the deed restrictions.
We are working with title companies to give out useful information on scheduling appointments with our welcome committee so new residents can meet at the office at a designated time and get all of the useful information they need in order to get the best experience of Beaver Creek.
