Old business
- Property taxes for the mallard lake property
New Business
- Jake Sullivan – running for sheriff, residents will be able to speak with him and ask him questions
- Budget for 2024 – P&L Presentation. We will be discussing and planning the budget for 2024.
- Calendar for 2024 – office & dump (ie. holiday’s we’ll be closed)
- Discussion on raising dues for 2024
- Re-Prioritize existing approved items for 2023
- Security Cameras approved up to $5,000
- Park Benches (X6) and installation approved up to $2,200. (These were ordered, but were on back order and were cancelled, they need to be re-ordered)
- Robby Meyer Memorial approved up to $200
- Drainage next to office approved up to $1,000
- 5×5 parcel lockers (x2) approved up to $600
- connect Building @ Dump approved up to $2,000
- Student Scholarship fund needs to be initiated, we need to set a date for this to start, approved up to $1,000 a year.
- Election discussion, will be requesting ballot nominees for 2024.
- Set an annual meeting date and discuss outside assistance for packaging the letters for the 2024 annual meeting. (Bylaws is very descriptive on when letters can be mailed based on the date selected for the annual meeting)
The Re-Prioritizing of items list is to be used to discuss and prioritize the order in which these will be completed now that our existing tax issue has been resolved.
