Beaver Creek Bylaws & Deed Restrictions Committee

Beaver Creek is ready for a change, a change in the way we govern our community via our deed restrictions and our bylaws. The BCLO is looking for Three (3) people to sit on a committee to completely rewrite what we have.

You would be tasked with working with your fellow community members and determining the best set of deed restrictions and bylaws for the community. This committee will single-handedly re-write what we have and present it to the community for a vote. If the committee is able to get 40 confirmed landowners to agree to the new amendments then the board will mail a copy of the anticipated vote at the next members meeting in 2022 where it will be voted on again. Once we have 2/3 of the people attending vote yes, then we’ll package it up and mail it to everyone in the community. Once they have voted and approved the new bylaws/deed restrictions, then we can vote on them at the board level and get them changed for good.

The bylaw committee will meet once ( or more ) per month depending upon the needs of the committee. The committee will be overseen by a board member for assistance as needed.

In order to sit on this committee, you must meet the following requirements.

  • You must be a landowner in beaver creek.
  • You must not be behind on dues.
  • You must not currently be in violation of any of the deed restrictions.
