- Vote and present a new contract to the VFD for a building lease, and ongoing park maintenance agreement. Building maintenance discussion and Q&A
- Introduce new board members.
- Billy donated a car battery for the patrol car that needs to be installed, battery is in rear seat.
- Current patrol car has blue lights, a green light bar is in the rear that needs to be installed.
- Discuss and approve allowing patrol vehicle to leave neighborhood for fuel and service maintenance.
- Discuss the need for a way to move around mowing equipment throughout the neighborhood.
- The dump needs to have the container delivered. Purchase made, either need to pick up, or have delivered, additional cost for delivery.
- Introduce the hired security guard.
- Discuss dues increase for year 2025.
- Give overview of how invoices will work starting in 2025 ( new online system for making payments via email )
- Discuss and explain new process of time tracking for all BCLO contractors.
- Motion for allowing part time contractors to be paid for management / administrative duties when office manager is unavailable.
- Resident Q/A between each topic.
- Switching waste management services – reducing costs by 13% – Motion to change companies.
- ACC volunteer changes, for discussion.
