After conducting votes and convening a meeting, no formal decisions were made, and no resolutions were passed by the residents due to no quorum being set. Nonetheless, in a gesture of goodwill, the BCLO board has designated Tommy Drees to join the board based on receiving the highest number of votes during the meeting’s voting process. However, this appointment is temporary, as it fills a seat that expired at the annual meeting, which couldn’t proceed with a vote due to no quorum. Consequently, this appointment will remain valid only until the next annual meeting, which was initially slated for February 17th but had to be rescheduled due to logistical issues.
We are currently deliberating and finalizing the date for the 2024 annual meeting, which will be discussed during our regular board of directors meeting on March 7th. The meeting is scheduled for 7:00 PM at the fire station, and your attendance would be appreciated.
