Beaver Creek is currently hiring for a security guard position. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Minimum Requirements
- you must be over 21 years of age.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- you must be able to pass a background check, and have no felony convictions.
- You must not currently require SR22 insurance in the state of Texas.
- you must have no accidents on your driving record within the last 3 years.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- You must be able to sit for long periods of time.
- You must be able to read and write.
Your daily duties would include, but are not limited to the following;
- Patrolling the roads within the Beaver Creek Land Owners Inc subdivision in a security vehicle provided by BCLO
- Writing reports of daily activities, and public interaction reports.
- Patrolling, and watching all common areas. Parks, Lakes, Dump, Buildings, etc.
- Working with the ACC in Beaver Creek to provide action reports.
General Information;
Schedule: Full-time, driving, your exact patrol schedule will be worked out with the applicant hired. Please note that some overnight and weekend driving will be required. You must be able to work overnight and weekends. Scheduled will be permanent once provided and will not fluctuate on a week by week basis.
This position will require you to work 45 hours per week with a bi-weekly payment of $1,040.
We will cover all needed costs for any state licensing requirements, and as part of being hired you will be required to take those classes.
