The annual meeting date has been set for : March 11th, 2023 at 10:00AM
The annual meeting agenda as of this post is as follows :
- Voting for board members. There are two seats up for election. A nominating committee has been selected and approved at the January 5th, 2023 board meeting. The chairman of this committee is Al Zoli, and the two committee members are Angela Basile-Walden, and Isaiah Kroencke. Any proxies, or nominations you wish to make will be done through this committee. - Talking with the leaders in burleson county. We will be reaching out to each office in the county to see if they will attend our annual meeting.
- Reading and voting on to approve last years annual meeting minutes.
- Road discussions with Pct. 2 commissioner.

Proxies will be taken by any member of the Nomination Committee, or by using the drop box at the office . Additionally, as always, you can mail in your proxy just as you have in years past.
