BCLO office is now appointment only

As of 10/4/2024 the BCLO office is now appointment only. In light of this, we’ve made requesting an appointment at the office as efficient as possible.

  1. You can make an appointment at the office using the calendar booking system below.
  2. If you do not need to make an appointment and simply need to discuss a bill, or have a general questions, you can call the office at (979) 200-0191
    • The office number is not monitored 24/7, but if you leave a message, you’ll get a phone call back within 24 hours. Please leave your email in the voicemail to ensure a call back is secured.
  3. If you need to pay a bill you can do so online by letting us know your email address, or one of the following options.
    • You can email [email protected] with your email address.
    • You can call the office with your email address.
    • You can schedule an appointment at the office to make a payment, and provide an email address during that appointment.
    • You can drop your payment off in the drop box in the door.
  4. The office will be open multiple days per month, but it will not be scheduled as it will be used for a time to update records, keep our accounting up to date, and various other in person requirements.
    • During this time, the open sign will be turned on, and anyone may walk in as normal with questions, or to make a payment on an account.
  5. If you make an appointment with the office, it is requested that you please give as much notice as possible if you can not make it. However; we do ask that at least 1 hour notice is provided it you are unable to make it to a scheduled appointment at the BCLO office.

The office is no longer option to walk-ins and will remain this way for most of the year (Aside from the note in line item 4 up above). Moving forward, the office will have some standard hours of operation along with the above options for making payments during the congested “season” of the year. From December 1st, until February 20th, the office will be open the old office hours. This is to ensure that everyone gets a new copy of the card with the 2025 stamp on it.
