We recently discussed the possibility of hiring a security guard to help keep an eye on things in and around beaver creek. We are pretty excited to announce that we have officially hired a security guard, and hope to have them starting in the coming weeks. We have a lot to plan, a lot to build, and most importantly, a lot to learn. As we work with county officials and build a top notch security policy in Beaver Creek, we’ll also be exploring additional ways we can bring a rise to property values, but also provide more amenity services for residents.
As we have more information on the security guard, we’ll make posts, so check back frequently.
