We have ordered two new ( third at our price point is on back order ) CBU mailboxes which can support 16 new residents each.
Once the third box is on it’s way, we’ll update the post here on the website to reflect this. Once the mailboxes arrive, we’ll install them as we did the others. If anyone would like to assist or offer services to install the mailboxes, please do let us know by sending an email to [email protected].
If you are currently without a mailbox, the USPS in Caldwell is who you need to speak with about getting added to the list of new residents who need mailboxes. We are working closely with them to ensure a smooth transition.
As a result of the ongoing costs of buying more mailboxes, the transfer fee when buying new property in beaver creek has gone up from $25.00 to $75.00 and will begin being assessed on all new properties purchased starting March 1st, 2024.
