Unfortunately, due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts, we are unable to hold a quorum for tonight’s meeting on 12/7/2023. There are a few items on the agenda to be voted on which will be handled via email vote. They are as follows.
- Our yearly insurance is needing to be renewed. It came back with no price increase.
- We need to purchase three more mailboxes for the mailbox clusters as we have more residents in the neighborhood than mailboxes. The price on these are $1,650 each.
- We need to fix the fences at the front of the neighborhood as they are falling down, and belong to beaver creek.
Anything voted on via email will be posted on the website for review. Additionally, there are some discussion topics that were on the agenda, they are outlined below.
- Annual meeting packets are going out next week.
- The BCLO budget needs to be approved for 2023 so we can include it in the packet ( this is all that is currently missing ).
We hope to be able to reschedule the meeting in the coming days / weeks. If / when it’s been rescheduled, we’ll give seven days notice for residents to be able to attend. Otherwise, the next meeting will be the first Thursday in January at 7:00P.
