As beaver creek continues to grow, our needs and requirements as a neighborhood also increase. As such, we’re looking for two new members to join the ACC.
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) in Beaver Creek is entrusted with the responsibility of maintaining architectural standards and preserving the visual harmony within the community. The committee’s main role is to enforce architectural guidelines that govern aspects as laid out in the Beaver Creek Covenants such as home exteriors, signage, exterior modifications, and new structures ( as well as second hand structures ). It carefully reviews and approves or denies architectural applications submitted by homeowners, ensuring that proposed changes align with the established guidelines. The ACC also plays a crucial role in resolving architectural disputes between homeowners and acts as a mediator to find fair and mutually agreeable solutions. By monitoring and addressing violations, conducting regular inspections, and educating homeowners about the guidelines, the ACC works diligently to maintain the aesthetic integrity and property values of Beaver Creek.
Furthermore, the ACC takes a proactive approach to educate homeowners about the architectural guidelines and standards. This includes organizing informational meetings, distributing newsletters, and maintaining an accessible section on the HOA’s website. By providing clear and concise information, the committee helps homeowners understand the importance of adhering to the guidelines, fostering a sense of community pride. In cases where violations occur, the ACC takes appropriate actions to rectify the issues and ensure that the community’s standards are upheld. Through its responsibilities, the ACC plays a vital role in creating and maintaining a visually appealing and harmonious living environment within Beaver Creek.
