Invoices will not be due until March 1st, 2023. Regardless of what your physical invoice states, they will not be due until March 1st, 2023.
For 2023 BCLO decided to use the law firm that handles general legal needs of the neighborhood to send out our annual meeting packets. Unfortunately, it appears as thought he Invoices for 2023 were missing from those packets.
Once it was discovered, we contacted the law firm that sent them, and they apologized and stated they would be getting them out on 1/23/2023. We expect invoices to come in a second envelope from the law firm sometime during the week of 1/23/23 – 1/ 28/2023.
Your invoice will not be due / late until March 1st, 2023.
